Essential Functions
- Manage the business operations of an assigned client base in the West LA area.
- Provide field support, including starting new client accounts, troubleshooting and resolving customer requests & complaints, coordinating and performing site visits, and developing long-term relationships with clients and contractors.
- Serve as the local point of contact for clients and perform scheduled quality control inspections at all accounts to ensure work performed meets company and client standards.
- Manage, expand, and diversify client relationships with an eye toward potential add-on sales opportunities and possess the ability to determine pricing, staffing and logistics associated with project management.
- Direct our Contract Compliance Officers (CCOs) to ensure the strategies are executed, and all services are performed correctly.
- Ensure the profitability and success of the designated service area by implementing company policies and procedures associated with client service and IC management.
- Invoice clients accurately and on time for add-on services, while also ensuring the Independent Contractors (ICs) are compensated fairly for their work.
Additional Responsibilities
- Work with a high level of autonomy daily while maximizing support from the President and administrative support teams.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and Independent Contractors (ICs), ensuring satisfaction of all stakeholders.
- Promote the sales of, procure and monitor supplies for clients in alignment with company standards.
- Effectively communicate all client issues with contractors and the President; promptly address any client issues or problems that arise.
- Use City Wide's CRM to perform client inspections, update contacts, and provide accurate billing records.
- Discuss surveys with your clients and encourage participation. Communicate client survey responses to the President, Contractor Compliance Officers, and contractors.
- Develop and implement a plan with the President and the Contract Compliance Officers to resolve any client complaints or deficiencies in service and actively monitor compliance.
- Maintain updated route sheets, key/alarm sheets, and general account information.
- Notify Sales Executives of potential accounts in your territory by collecting referrals, especially new construction. Cultivate a great relationship with the sales team.
- Analyze reports from Contract Compliance Officers and manage accounts, ICs and CCOs accordingly.
Requirements

Education and Experience
- High school diploma required.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 3 - 5 years' sales / management experience in building maintenance, facility management or equivalent experience.
- Prior experience as an Account Manager, Business to Business Sales, Account Representative, or other customer service route-based positions preferred.
Travel
- Required.
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
- Proficient Computer knowledge and ability to type at least 40 wpm.
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook) knowledge.
- Knowledge in CRM databases.
