Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships directly with facility managers, property managers, building owners, operations leaders, and maintenance teams
- Proactively identify opportunities for recurring maintenance, repairs, shutdown work, capital improvements, and specialty trade services
- Develop long-term customer partnerships that position Kaloutas as a trusted facility services provider who creates solutions unlike any other service partner
- Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, existing customer expansion, and relationship development
- Conduct regular customer visits, facility site assessments, and regular facility meetings to uncover upcoming facility needs and solve their challenges
- Act as a trusted advisor by identifying solutions that improve facility appearance, safety, uptime, and long-term performance
- Manage and grow a pipeline of opportunities using CRM tools
- Attend facility management events, trade shows, and industry networking opportunities to generate leads and strengthen relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to increase customer retention, repeat business, and overall account growth
Project Estimating & Management
- Conduct site visits to understand project scope, customer goals, and operational constraints
- Prepare accurate estimates, scopes of work, and proposals for facility-related services
- Present proposals and solution recommendations directly to customers
- Cookordinate project execution with Operations to ensure successful delivery
- Serve as the primary customer contact throughout the lifecycle of facility service projects
- Proactively resolve customer concerns, schedule changes, and project-related challenges
- Participate in WIP meetings to monitor project progress and financial performance
- Aprove change orders, vendor charges, and invoices as needed
- Ensure smooth project handoff and communication between customer, field teams, and operations
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in facility services, construction services, commercial maintenance, industrial services, or relationship-based B2B sales
- Proven ability to build relationships and grow accounts through trust and responsiveness
- Experience working directly with facility managers, property managers, plant managers, or owners preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Comfortable balancing customer relationship management with project oversight
- Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
- Team-oriented and aligned with Kaloutas values

Compensation
Range of $90,000 - $140,000 Dependent on experience (salary / bonus / incentives)
