Your impact as a Facility Resource Coordinator is vital. Contribute to Vitalant's life-saving mission by overseeing the coordination of warehouse supplies, vehicles, and facility requirements. Ensure proper maintenance, repair, and environmental conditions of buildings and grounds. Support management in achieving collection goals and ensuring cost effective operations. Load and unload supplies and products.Manage procurement, requisitioning, inspection and quality control of materials and supplies.Keep facility vehicles in optimal condition by conducting evaluations, scheduling preventative maintenance and repairs, and ensuring annual inspections within DOT compliance, maintaining accurate records.High School diploma or GED requiredValid in-state driver's licenseSix months of customer service experience requiredAble to lift 40lbs Requirements KNOWLEDGE/EDUCATION High school graduate or GED required. LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS Valid in-state driver's license required. Experience Six months related experience required. Skills/Abilities Must possess the skills and abilities to successfully perform all assigned duties and responsibilities Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Effective oral and written communication skills. Must have proficient computer skills. Must be able to read and comprehend written procedures and instructions. Must be able to work flexible shifts. Must have good customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a team environment and participate as an active team member.
