Schedule
Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Requires occasional weekends for major facility events; comp days provided).
Requirements/Qualifications
- An associate degree in Project Management or a related field is highly preferred.
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) or PMP certification preferred.
- Proven experience tracking project timelines, budgets, and operational parameters (Waterfall/Hybrid environments).
- Prior background in facilities maintenance, building operations, construction management, or dealing with MEP/HVAC contractors is a major plus.

What You’ll Do / Key Responsibilities
- Oversee project scheduling, resource allocation, and tracking to firmly manage time, scope, creep, and budgetary constraints.
- Solicit competitive vendor bids for any projects exceeding $5,000, draft comprehensive statements of work, and select optimal external partners.
- Serve as a dedicated Facility Project Manager and primary contact, providing consistent, professional status updates to client personnel and internal managers.
- Coordinate closely with onsite teams, performing physical walkthroughs and inspections to verify complete project success prior to approving contractor invoices.
- Collaborate on new building commissions to gather equipment warranties, map utility shut-offs, and conduct proactive preventative walkthroughs with staff.
