Principal Duties
- Meet and greet the public and serve customers.
- Affiliate with the supervision of the Division’s cost center.
- Analyze and work with records, reports and budgets.
- Affiliate in all aspects of personnel management including hiring, evaluation, training and scheduling.
- Affiliate in inventory control and facility inspection.
- Affiliate with the coordination and administration of programs, events and registrations.
- Work with the application of chemicals and other toxic agents, when applicable.
- Affiliate in emergency response.
Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Computer literacy.
- Available to work weekends and evenings.
- Ability to work with only general direction and with minimal supervision.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
