FACILITY/PREVENTIVE MAINT
About the role
Responsible for ensuring buildings, equipment, and grounds remain safe, clean, and fully operational through preventive maintenance, inspections, and repair activities. The role requires strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve facility-related issues efficiently. This individual will work independently throughout the day and collaborate with external contractors as needed to support maintenance projects and facility improvements.
What You Will Do
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure safety and efficiency
- Fix minor electrical issues, plumbing, drywall, painting, lighting, and furniture repairs
- Perform general cleaning, floor maintenance, and trash removal, particularly during events
- Ensure work is compliant with all EH&S Performance Standards
- Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs
Who You Are
- 2 or more years of experience working in industrial, construction, manufacturing, or relevant fields
- Experience with hand tools and power tools
- Experience operating heavy equipment/machinery
What Will Put You Ahead
- Understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and building mechanics
- HVAC Preventative Maintenance experience (filter change, coil cleaning)
- 5 or more years of experience working in an industrial setting
- Experience with general site safety
- Experience directing and managing sub-contractors
- OSHA Certification
Schedule
Day shift, Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
Pay
$28 per hour and up, based on experience.

Physical and Environmental Demands
- Work in a hot, humid, dusty, and cold environment
- Perform work in an outdoor environment, exposing one to the elements
- Perform tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., walking, stooping, standing, repetitively pushing and/or pulling
- Climb stairs and work on roofs
