About the Role
Performs tasks related to the overall management and operations of facilities, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance, and construction. Oversees the repair, replacement, or redesign of facilities, and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling. Implements the timely completion of requirements in compliance with Company programs, objectives, and within established cost parameters. Monitors work performed by vendors and/or subcontractors; determines adequacy of work relative to job specifications/scope and recommends corrective actions as required.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee facilities operations, including energy management, material inventory, maintenance, and construction.
- Oversee repair, replacement, or redesign of facilities and preventive maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Ensure timely completion of requirements in compliance with company programs and objectives within cost parameters.
- Monitor vendor/subcontractor work, assess adequacy relative to job specifications, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform welding/metal fabrication and heavy equipment operation.
- Troubleshoot and repair electronic devices related to generator systems.
- Order materials, tools, and instruments as needed to complete tasks.
- Maintain safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA and other regulations.
Requirements
- Ability to perform tasks related to facilities management and operations.
- Experience in overseeing repair, replacement, or redesign of facilities and preventive maintenance planning.
- Proven ability to implement timely completion of requirements within cost parameters.
- Welding/metal fabrication skills.
- Heavy equipment operation experience.
- Strong problem-solving and ingenuity.
- TS/SCI clearance required.
Desired Skills
- Background in servicing and maintaining customer systems on-site, including troubleshooting and repairing electronic devices related to generator systems.
- Experience ordering materials, tools, and instruments.
- Ability to troubleshoot failures both in the service center and at customer locations.
- Knowledge of safe working conditions in compliance with OSHA and other regulations.
Pay
Full-Time Salary Range: $65,200.00 - $121,200.00. The salary range is a general guideline and may vary based on factors such as scope and responsibilities, candidate experience, education/training, key skills, and market considerations.
