About the role
Manage the facilities that keep a special operations command running. Location: Camp Lejune, North Carolina. Clearance required: SECRET.
Responsibilities
- Manage facilities operations, maintenance, and space planning.
- Coordinate work orders and service contracts.
- Track facility condition and projects; manage real property records.
- Coordinate with installation public works.
- Support sustainment, restoration, and modernization (SRM).
Requirements
- 8+ years in facilities operations, maintenance, or space planning.
- Active Secret clearance.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications
- Real property management experience.
- Public works coordination background.
