Qualifications, Education And Experience/Training
- One to two years of related experience
- Preferred: Supervisory experience
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent
- Required: Valid state motor vehicle operator’s license
Essential Functions
Production Coordination: Coordinate daily production requirements while adhering to Safety, Quality and Environmental standards.
Staffing and Training: Keep branch properly staffed and keep staff properly trained to meet daily requirements.
Decision-Making: Oversight and ability to make decisions as needed to assure customer needs and daily requirements are accomplished.
Compliance and Documentation: Responsible for local, state, and federal guidelines, license and documentation as required.
Other Duties/Responsibilities
- Engage in training staff and administering discipline when necessary
- Efficient communication and ability to work with all departments, including Trading, Transportation, QEHS, HR, Maintenance, and Accounting
- Utilize excellent customer service skills
- Monitor and oversee all equipment and daily checks
- Perform required audits/reporting and provide daily oversight of all Safety, Environmental and Quality practices
