Responsibilities
- Aid in setting up and dismantling the venue for Major League Soccer events.
- Ensure locker rooms and fields meet MLS standards.
- Support visiting teams’ needs on game day.
- Assist the referee crew before, during, and after games.
- Work with ball retrievers during events.
- Stock event spaces and place signage.
- Perform laundry duties post-event.
- Assist with other major events and private events as needed.
- Operate heavy machinery and manage logistics inventory.
- Collaborate with other departments during event preparations and executions.
- Help move and store departmental equipment.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications
- Available for most Nashville SC home matches.
- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Dependable and team-oriented with a service attitude.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Capable of standing or walking for extended periods.
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions.
- Outgoing personality, energetic, and enthusiastic.
- Experience in athletics, event planning, or leading a small team preferred.
- Comfortable working independently and in teams.
- Professional demeanor when interacting with all levels of the organization.
Work Environment
- Sometimes loud noise levels.
- Work in all types of weather, including extreme heat and cold.
- Fast-paced environment with many moving parts.
Certifications and Licenses
- Driver’s license required.
- Forklift certification preferred but not mandatory.
