Facility Monitor - Seasonal

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patrons to provide excellent customer service year-round, including in-person, phone, and online interactions.
• Open and close the building securely.
• Set up and take down equipment as needed.
• Process transactions related to programming within the facility.
• Process customer rentals and registrations.
• Maintain a clean building throughout the day, including activity rooms, lobby, office, and restrooms.
• Assist with programs or special events.
• Monitor the building to provide support and assist with troubleshooting any issues and concerns.

Requirements

• Prior work in a customer service role.
• Experience working with computers and computer software.

This is a part-time, on-site position with public transportation access. Veterans are encouraged to apply.
