Pool Monitor - Seasonal

About the role

Our Pool Monitors are valued members of our fun department and we're looking for you! We're CCMC, a community management company specializing in master-planned communities.

What You’ll Accomplish

• Ensuring safe operation of the pool facilities
• Maintaining the pool area and signing patrons for pool entry
• Reporting any accidents or issues
• Performing light janitorial duties
• Providing excellent service to residents and guests
• Offering community information and assistance

What We’re Looking For

• Customer service experience
• Energy, a great attitude, and strong work ethic
• Effective communication skills
• Flexibility to work after-hours and weekends as needed
• CPR certification preferred
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk the grounds long distances in various weather conditions
• Occasionally lifting and carrying supplies or equipment up to 25 pounds
• Capability to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings or events
• Skills in using technology, including computers and mobile devices
