Facility Mission Analyst (Analyst IV)
About the role
The Facility Mission Analyst supports the Missile Defense Integration and Operations Center (MDIOC), providing essential operational, analytical, and technical support infrastructure. This role serves as an analyst and program integrator across resource management, programmatic leadership, mission assurance, and enterprise coordination functions supporting MDIOC operations.
Responsibilities
Leading operations management activities supporting MDIOC enterprise functions
Providing executive-level communication, program management support, and strategic planning oversight
Managing resource planning and budgeting across facility and mission-support areas
Guiding quality and mission assurance processes, ensuring compliance with programmatic standards
Serving as a liaison between MDIOC and external organizations for cross-functional coordination
Supporting MDIOC cross-functional coordination, including mission execution centers, cyber operations, modeling & simulation, and enterprise services
Leading programmatic standard development and enforcement external to the MDIOC where required
Serving as a senior adviser during after-hours or emergent support operations
Requirements
US Citizenship required
Master’s degree (any field) + 12+ years of relevant experience; alternatively a Bachelor’s degree (any field) + 20+ years of experience may be considered
Demonstrated experience in program management, operations management, mission assurance, or enterprise coordination
Strong executive-level communication and cross-functional leadership capabilities
Ability to support after-hours mission operations and emergency events
Qualifications
Active Secret clearance or ability to obtain
Skills
Experience within MDA, MDIOC, or similar high-availability operational environments
Experience with DoD quality programs, mission assurance processes, or enterprise program management

Final compensation for this position is determined by a variety of factors, such as a candidate’s relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
Schedule
Average 40-hour workweek, with occasional support outside normal business hours (nights/weekends) for mission events, facility maintenance, or emergency responses.
