Facility Manager - Glendale, CA

About the Role

The Assistant Manager oversees facilities during off-shift times, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers and clients. This position responds to all locations requiring supervision.

Responsibilities

• Ensures staff adheres to rules of conduct, policies, and procedures.
• Supervises, mentors, and trains staff on day-to-day activities.
• Assists in establishing performance standards and recommends procedural changes when necessary.
• Promotes premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help.
• Runs reports related to daily revenue and other management requests.
• Assists with periodic training as needed.
• Resolves customer service issues or questions.
• Greets customers by name, responds promptly to correspondence, and builds rapport with the customer base.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong customer service experience.
• Parking industry experience is required.

Pay

$72,000 per year.

Schedule

Weekends are required.
