About the role

The RSC Facility Manager (FM) oversees maintenance and housekeeping functions within a high-volume Retail Support Center (RSC), aligning with company goals and operational standards. Key responsibilities include developing and managing budgets, leading facility operations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, support, and encourage Ace Values: Winning, Excellence, Love, Integrity, Gratitude, Humility, and Teamwork.
  • Strategically direct facilities management team and technicians.
  • Develop and manage annual budgets for building operations, capital improvements, and resource allocation.
  • Maintain records of equipment, conduct failure analysis, and plan for equipment upgrades.
  • Plan, oversee, and execute maintenance schedules for all facility systems.
  • Manage waste disposal, housekeeping, and pest control.
  • Coordinate facility projects to meet business needs.
  • Manage resources efficiently, including energy, water, and materials.
  • Negotiate critical services with vendors.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in facilities or distribution management.
  • 5-10 years of leadership experience, including supervisory roles.
  • Proficient in building systems, codes, maintenance, and regulatory requirements.
  • Familiarity with facility management software and CMMS.
  • Certifications preferred: Certified Facility Manager (CFM), Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Flexible to work non-traditional shifts and hours.

Pay

$105,000 - $115,000 per year.

Schedule

Non-traditional shifts and hours may be required.
