Facility Manager - AIC Powder

Ranew's Companies is seeking an experienced and professional Facility Manager to join our team in Allison, IA. This role oversees all performance aspects of the facility and is accountable for achieving performance targets, including supervising employees in a manufacturing and/or industrial paint environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure effective employee relations, coaching, and development.
• Provide input into employment decisions and resolve employee issues through problem resolution.
• Balance quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
• Continuously improve processes and performance in all operational areas.
• Manage departmental performance measures, including visual controls, and provide regular progress reports to management.
• Oversee Manufacturing Orders and maintain proper inventory levels.
• Manage department priorities and perform accident investigations.
• Proactively improve processes and prevent issues impacting company performance.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of supervisory and/or leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable in other Microsoft applications.
• Ability to use multiple computer systems and programs.
