Production Castings, Inc. is looking for a dependable, mechanically inclined Facility Maintenance Technician who takes pride in keeping a manufacturing facility clean, safe, and operating at its best. You'll work on everything from building systems and utility equipment to facility improvements and preventative maintenance—helping create a safe, efficient workplace for our entire team.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient facility. Successful candidates typically have:

  • Experience in facility, building, industrial, or commercial maintenance
  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical repairs
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
  • A commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork
  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the facility, building systems, and grounds in a safe, clean, and operational condition
  • Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on facility infrastructure
  • Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner
  • Support regulatory compliance and workplace safety initiatives
  • Work independently and collaboratively to minimize facility downtime

Schedule

40 hours weekly
7 AM to 3:30 PM (Monday through Friday)
