Facility Maintenance Technician

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Facility Maintenance Technician to support the daily operations of our warehouse, facility, and vehicle fleet. This role is hands-on and diverse, requiring someone who can balance maintenance tasks with inventory and order management while ensuring our workspace and vehicles remain in top condition. Responsibilities Assist with daily warehouse and facility maintenanceManage website order preparation and fulfillmentCreate and ship items using shipping tools (FedEx, UPS, etc.)Maintain and track inventory/stock levelsSupport vehicle fleet upkeep, including scheduling tire checks, oil changes, and managing GPS trackersMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, emptying trash, restocking supplies, and performing general facility upkeepPerform light cleaning, minor repairs, and restocking of office suppliesCollaborate with the team to identify and solve operational challenges Qualifications & Skills Computer literacy, including proficiency with Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with inventory management platformsFamiliarity with Monday.com (preferred)Familiarity with FedEx & UPS shipping programsLight vehicle maintenance experience (oil checks, tires, basic upkeep)Strong problem-solving and organizational skillsLeadership qualities with the ability to work independently and with a teamProactive, patient, and easy to work with
