Facility Maintenance Technician

About the role

The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for maintaining facilities, grounds, equipment, aquatic systems, and building infrastructure across multiple locations, including recreation centers, healthcare facilities, office buildings, and commercial properties.

Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting, inspections, aquatic systems maintenance, and facility improvement projects
• Maintains safe, functional, and welcoming environments
• Works independently to troubleshoot issues and complete a broad range of maintenance tasks

Requirements

• Experience in facility or property maintenance
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building systems
• Strong organization, time management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage competing priorities, coordinate vendors, and deliver excellent service

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
