The Facility Maintenance Technician 2 is responsible for maintaining and repairing various facilities and equipment in Walbridge, OH. This position requires a strong background in facility maintenance and a commitment to safety.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair HVAC systems
- Perform routine inspections of all building systems
- Respond to emergency calls and perform repairs as needed
- Keep records of all maintenance activities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in facility maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- First aid/CPR certification
Qualifications
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
