About the role

We are seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to support our 100-year-old, full-service transportation company operating throughout North America. This position is integral to helping Hogan fulfill its goal of being recognized as the most respected transportation provider in the industry by maintaining high-quality facilities for our customers, employees, and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair building equipment with a fundamental knowledge of all systems.
• Perform basic electrical and HVAC repairs.
• Support operations in a fast-paced, demanding environment while maintaining strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in building maintenance.
• Comprehensive knowledge of building equipment and systems.
• Familiarity with basic electrical and HVAC repairs.
• Strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
