Facility Maintenance Repair Technician

Responsibilities

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as drywall, painting, plumbing, and light electrical repairs
• Inspecting and maintaining fitness equipment
• Aiding with facility cleaning and upkeep
• Pressure washing bathroom tile showers
• Recalculating sinks, tile, and shower tubs as needed

Requirements

• Prior experience in maintenance or a related field
• Knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
