Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Affords assistance to precinct constituents with various concerns
  • Contact various County departments and local agencies to obtain data
  • Advise constituents on problem resolution or possible alternatives
  • Follows up with appropriate parties after an assignment has been delegated to another entity
  • Coordinates Commissioner's calendar to facilitate meetings with constituents, committees, etc.
  • Communicates with precinct contacts both verbally and in writing
  • Maintains office records
  • Functions as a liaison between precinct constituents and county departments
  • Performs all other related duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • One (1) year experience in a related field
  • Knowledge of County policies and procedures
  • Effective communication skills with County employees and the public
  • Ability to operate various office equipment (typewriter, personal computer, calculator, telephone, facsimile machine, copy machine)
  • MUST TYPE 50 WPM

  • Sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull
