Facility Maintenance Manager
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Affords assistance to precinct constituents with various concerns
- Contact various County departments and local agencies to obtain data
- Advise constituents on problem resolution or possible alternatives
- Follows up with appropriate parties after an assignment has been delegated to another entity
- Coordinates Commissioner's calendar to facilitate meetings with constituents, committees, etc.
- Communicates with precinct contacts both verbally and in writing
- Maintains office records
- Functions as a liaison between precinct constituents and county departments
- Performs all other related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- One (1) year experience in a related field
- Knowledge of County policies and procedures
- Effective communication skills with County employees and the public
- Ability to operate various office equipment (typewriter, personal computer, calculator, telephone, facsimile machine, copy machine)
- MUST TYPE 50 WPM

- Sit, stand, walk, bend, stoop, lift, push, and pull
