Facility Maintenance - Full Time

About the role

The Facility Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across multiple company facilities, including Urbana and other locations.

Responsibilities

• Organize and maintain OEM equipment manual library.
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on plant and facility equipment.
• Support security systems, surveillance, alarms, and emergency lighting.
• Manage maintenance budgeting and procurement of tools, supplies, and building materials.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and janitorial staff.
• Conduct safety checks, ensure compliance, and maintain fire safety equipment.
• Schedule and perform building and equipment maintenance, including lighting, fire extinguishers, and system winterization.
• Service museum animatronics and vending machines.
• Maintain SDS books and ensure safety compliance.
• Manage access, alarm codes, and troubleshoot security systems.
• Coordinate phone and data communications, including vendor relations and new office setups.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Computer skills and ability to operate forklifts.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work at heights.
