About the role
The Facility Maintenance Assistant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the workplace environment.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness of common areas and restrooms
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, painting, and minor repairs
- Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working order
- Respond to emergency situations as needed
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in facility maintenance or related field preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow safety protocols
