Facility Maintanence Technician

Keep our clubs well maintained and safe by ensuring all mechanical systems operate properly. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plumbing, lighting, millwork, door hardware, and more to provide a positive experience for members and guests. Work in a high-energy, health-club environment with varied daily challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on assets such as millwork, plumbing, lighting, pool systems, and laundry equipment
• Verify through logs and inspection systems that temperatures, pressures, and chemistry meet state, local, and company requirements
• Respond to and prioritize repair requests, including immediate response to emergency repairs
• Record all repair and preventative maintenance activity accurately in Maintenance Tracking software

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3 to 4 years of facility maintenance experience or equivalent training
• Ability to routinely and repetitively bend and lift more than 20 lbs
• Ability to work in a stationary position and move about the club for prolonged periods
• CPR/AED certification required within 30 days of hire

Pay

Hourly position with wages starting at $21.50 and up to $29.00, based on experience and qualifications.
