Facility Infrastructure Analyst

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of HVAC, electrical, steam, and water infrastructure to ensure reliability, efficiency, and compliance with standards.
- Conduct continuous performance analysis to identify operational vulnerabilities, inefficiencies, and emerging risks before they impact operations.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to enhance system performance, optimize energy and resource utilization, reduce operating costs, and prioritize budget development and execution.
- Support and refine processes for both preventative and corrective maintenance, including work order prioritization and scheduling input.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure findings from system data are translated into concrete maintenance actions and improvement projects.
- Analyze failure modes, downtime events, and recurring issues to drive root-cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on facility systems and contribute to lifecycle planning for major equipment, including forecasting replacement needs and identifying opportunities to extend asset life.
- Participate in planning and evaluation of system upgrades, retrofits, and resilience initiatives.
- Document standards, procedures, and best practices for infrastructure monitoring, maintenance, and performance optimization.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
- At least 7 years of full-time professional experience.
- Active or ability to obtain an active Secret clearance.
- U.S. citizenship.
Qualifications
- Experience working with facility infrastructure systems such as HVAC, electrical distribution, boilers/steam, chilled water, or domestic water.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze operational or performance data and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills with an emphasis on prevention and reliability.
- Ability to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and leadership and communicate technical concepts in clear, practical terms.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a mission-critical environment.
- Experience in mission-critical facilities such as data centers, industrial plants, military or Government installations, healthcare facilities, or research facilities.
