About the role
Facility Float Pool RN responsible for delivering patient care utilizing the nursing process and professional standards.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate patient care across departments, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality are maintained.
- Adhere to nursing practice guidelines, hospital philosophy, and ethical codes.
- Perform duties in alignment with the organization's mission, values, and service standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year recent acute care nursing experience preferred.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (Associate's, Diploma, or BSN).
- Current RN licensure in the state or a compact license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; other certifications as needed.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform various physical movements.
Schedule
Part-time role (12 hours/week), day shifts (0700-1930).
