Facility Float Pool LPN (Full-Time, Night Shift)

About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or direction of a licensed healthcare professional, ensuring professional accountability and maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates patient care with other departments
• Performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values
• Maintains compliance with clinical and safety protocols

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program
• Current Missouri LPN license
• Minimum of 1 year acute care nursing experience, including recent work within the past year
• BLS certification
• LPN-IV certification (or successful completion within specified timeframes)
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, stand, walk, and perform various physical tasks
