About the role

Provides patient care utilizing the nursing process under supervision or as directed by a licensed professional, ensuring patient rights and confidentiality. Coordinates patient care across departments, maintains professional accountability, and performs duties aligned with organizational standards and values.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
• Current Missouri LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of acute care nursing experience (6 months recent)
• Certification in Basic Life Support
• LPN-IV certification (or completion within specified timeframe)

Skills & Physical Demands

• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Perform physical tasks such as reaching, bending, and kneeling

Schedule

Full-time, night shifts in a float pool.
