Position Summary

Provide Energy Maintenance and Commissioning service to the stores by improving the operating efficiencies of the existing refrigeration, building, and HVAC systems which will enable maintaining better store conditions while using less energy to operate.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience in the maintenance field or appropriate school training.
  • EPA refrigerant license.
  • Prior experience with Energy Management equipment.
  • Prior experience with Refrigeration systems.
  • Ability to program Energy Management controllers.
  • Able to enter data.
  • Able to travel independently.
  • Able to cope with stressful situations.
  • Able to communicate effectively in both verbal and written form with all levels of management.
  • Able to work weekends and overnights.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, Power Point with the ability to learn new computer skills.
  • Customer service role model.
  • Self-motivated, able to organize, prioritize, plan and meet deadlines.
  • Decision maker with problem solving skills.
  • Must be professional, dependable, possess positive attitude, good judgment, and be able to gain the support of others to get the job done.
  • High level of electrical/mechanical/HVAC skills and experience with all equipment in the stores.
  • Self-motivated and able to perform job responsibilities with minimal supervision.
  • Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
