Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and optimization of facility and production systems
- Lead capital investment projects from concept through implementation and startup
- Design, program, test, and troubleshoot PLC systems, controls, and automation solutions
- Develop and manage projects focused on productivity improvement and cost reduction
- Collaborate and coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors/consultants
- Support and upgrade systems including electrical, HVAC, fire/security, oil, vacuum, and manufacturing processes
- Analyze systems performance and identify opportunities for process re-engineering
- Ensure reliable operation of critical plant infrastructure in a 24/7 manufacturing environment
- Provide technical leadership and support cross-functional project teams
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 1–3 years of relevant maintenance or facility experience
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Preferred
- Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Experience with: PLC programming, industrial automation, and power systems
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and systems integration
