Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and execute all onsite aspects of assigned field projects ensuring they comply with company standards and project specifications
- Collaborate/communicate with customers, field service managers, field service engineers, and other stakeholders to plan, design, and implement project activities
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings, etc.) to plan and design projects
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, proposals, and project schedules
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel
- Ensure safety and compliance regulations are strictly adhered to at all project sites
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions for project-related issues
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback
- Develop and maintain technical information used in the execution of field projects
Requirements
- The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to successfully perform this role.
- A bachelor's degree is a plus. An associate degree and/or an equivalent level of education plus experience is also acceptable.
- Five (5) or more years' experience in field project execution
- Strong knowledge of technical service principles and techniques, project management methodologies, and quality standards
- Familiarity with CAD software (Fusion 360 preferred)
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and other software platforms utilized
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
