Summary
The Field Project Engineer supports field activities and spends a majority of time working with the craft workers. Activities include support of layout, daily resource requirements, lay-down yard management, daily costs, time and quantities, logs, and daily and weekly look-ahead schedules, etc.Roles and Responsibilities
The Field Project Engineer will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. - Supports Superintendent on Construction of Project
- Supports Project Engineering and QA/QC Activities
- Supports Project Safety
- Ensures a Safe Work Environment
- Participates in Training/Certifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university; or 4 years of construction related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Qualifications
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces.
- Must be able to climb ladders and scaffolding.
- Must be able to work at heights.
Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience with project management software

Pay
- $50,000 - $60,000 annually
Schedule
- Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
