Facility Design Manager (Project Based Role)

About the role

This project-based role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a Media environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate between Architecture of Record and engineering consultants
• Cultivate collaboration across internal creative and scenic teams
• Develop and manage Architecture and Engineering scope of work
• Oversee vendor schedules and ensure timely milestone deliveries
• Manage vendor contractual obligations and changes
• Review drawings and specifications for design intent and accuracy
• Monitor construction progress and resolve discrepancies

Requirements

• Licensed Architect or in process of taking exams required
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering
• 7-10 years of turn-key project experience, preferably in entertainment
• Supervisory and contract/vendor management experience
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks Manage, and related software
• Knowledge of forecasting and budget allocation techniques
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

Pay

$121,391 – $167,520 annually
