Facility Day Porter

General Information

GDIT / ARMA-Global is seeking part-time Day Porter to support facility cleaning.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures and dispensers.
• Mop restroom floors.
• Clean restroom mirrors.
• Empty all waste receptacles and replace can liners.
• Clean and disinfect break room counters, appliances, and sink.
• Sweep all vinyl composite floors.
• Police exterior walkway.
• Vacuum all carpeted areas.
• Wipe down all high touch points with disinfectant.
• Mop all vinyl composite floors.
• Dust all horizontal work surfaces and cabinet tops (do not bother papers on desks).
• Wipe down trash receptacles as needed.
• Dust all high points.

Qualifications

• Must be a US Citizen able to pass a background check.
• May be processed for a Secret Clearance.

Additional Information

This is a part-time employment position not expected to exceed 20 hours a week. ARMA-global will provide all cleaning supplies and access to facilities. The likely hourly rate for this position is between $21.25 - $28.75. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
