About the Role

Ensures all facility systems and processes function efficiently and comply with organizational and regulatory standards. Provides cross-functional support to branches, departments, and vendors while coordinating daily facility operations.

Responsibilities

  • Verify incoming supplies against purchase orders; maintain accurate inventory records and restock products.
  • Review and verify requisitions submitted by branches and departments.
  • Obtain basic price quotes for supplies and equipment.
  • Prepare electronic service orders for review and approval.
  • Maintain an organized supply room and replenish forms.
  • Maintain the record retention storage area.
  • Implement, maintain, and troubleshoot systems managed by Facilities (asset tracking, DocuWare, scanning processes, VOIP, etc.).
  • Train Facilities staff on the operation of all systems under the Facilities Department.
  • Conduct facility inspections to ensure safety, code compliance, and adherence to Bank standards.
  • Coordinate facility needs with branch and department leadership during visits.
  • Serve as a cross-functional liaison, ensuring efficient workflow and information sharing across departments.
  • Support vendor coordination by scheduling routine service appointments and verifying work order completion.
  • Track vendor performance and report issues or delays to the Facilities Supervisor and/or Facilities & Vendor Manager.
  • Support the Facilities ticketing system by reviewing, assigning, and documenting work order progress.
  • Comply with all risk management, safety, and regulatory requirements; complete required training.
  • Provide reports and updates to the supervisor and compile requested data.
  • Respond to facilities-related inquiries within established timeframes.
  • Assure adherence to Bank policies and procedures and federal and state regulatory requirements.
  • Provide cross-functional support to other areas of the department and the Bank where service or assistance is needed.
  • Perform tasks which are supportive in nature to the essential functions of the job, but which may be altered or re-designed depending upon individual circumstances.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; business coursework preferred.
  • 2–3 years of related experience.

Skills

  • Clear communication skills in English.
  • Moderate reading, writing, mathematical, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude and PC skills.
  • Ability to operate general office and facility-related equipment.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

  • This job is mostly sedentary in nature, but may occasionally involve lifting and/or moving materials that weigh up to 70 lbs.
  • Employees must be able to work in an office environment and/or outdoor area and may be exposed to outside weather conditions.
  • Employees are expected to have consistently positive interactions with the public as they will come into regular and frequent contact with internal and external customers and other members of the public during regular business hours.

Training

Training is required of all Bank staff as related to regulatory mandated compliance topics and courses required for specific job functions. Career enhancement training courses are also available.

Pay

$39,480 - $52,600
