Qualifications

• High School Graduate (or GED)
• Excellent phone etiquette and proficiency in modern communications systems/equipment and office equipment
• Ability to understand, recall, and memorize written and verbal instructions
• Basic knowledge of Medical Terminology, Health Insurance, and Radiological Procedures helpful

Essential Job Functions

• Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions
• Solves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution
• Communicates progress of problems to relevant parties
• Supports in determining problem priority and service levels
• Captures and documents commitments and action items

• Adheres to STRIC safety policies and rules
• Completes other duties as assigned
