Facility Based Crisis (FBC) Nurse
for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings. Preserve all substantive info. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, etc. Include a section only when posting has real specific content for it. Avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". So we need to parse the posting.
Key sections:
- About the role / Position Summary: The description of role: "At Easterseals PORT Health (ESPH), our mission...". Actually the mission statement maybe not needed? The posting includes mission statement at start. We can include an "About the role" or "Position Summary". Use
About the role
with paragraph(s) summarizing.
- Responsibilities: The bullet list under "Your Role In Our Mission" with subheadings: Clinical Assessment & Monitoring, Medication Management, Crisis Response & Team Support, Documentation, Compliance & Quality, Training & Development. Those could be subheadings? But we only allowed headings for sections like Responsibilities. We could put all duties under a single Responsibilities section with - . However we need to preserve details. Could break into sub-sections? The instruction: use
for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings? It says use for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Likely they expect only those headings. So we should not create additional headings like Clinical Assessment & Monitoring. Instead we can embed those duties as list items under Responsibilities.
Thus Responsibilities - each duty.
- Requirements: The "What We’re Looking For" bullet list: Active RN/LPN license, one year experience preferred, strong communication skills, demonstrated clinical judgement, ability to manage multiple priorities, valid unrestricted NC driver's license, reliable transportation, current vehicle insurance, proficiency with EHR or technically savvy. Also equipment used? That might be under Skills? Actually equipment used could be under Skills or Requirements. The instruction: Use sections for Skills maybe. We'll decide.
- Qualifications: maybe license and experience? Could be Qualifications. But we have Requirements and Qualifications overlapping. We need to decide which to include. The posting includes "What We’re Looking For" which is basically qualifications/requirements. Also "Essential Physical Requirements". That could be under Requirements or Qualifications. Also "Environment". Might be under Requirements? But we can treat "Essential Physical Requirements" as part of Requirements.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract substantive info:

Why Join Us? (maybe Benefits? but we already have Benefits). Could be omitted as boilerplate? It's somewhat generic but still substantive: ongoing professional growth, work alongside leaders, etc. Might be considered fluff but not filler like "commensurate with experience". Could include under Benefits? But we already have Benefits section. Might be okay to omit as it's not specific benefits. The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. This is somewhat generic but still content. However we already have Benefits section with specifics. The "Why Join Us?" is more promotional; could be considered boilerplate? Not sure. Safer to omit.
Also there is "About Easterseals PORT Health" paragraph at end describing organization. That's boilerplate about the organization; could be omitted as not specific to role. The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The "About Easterseals PORT Health" is likely boilerplate about the organization, not specific to role. So omit.
Also "Voted Raleigh’s Best Nonprofit Organization and Raleigh’s Best Mental Health Services two years in a row!" is promotional; could be omitted.
Also "Ready to Apply? Join a team where work isn’t just something you do — it’s a purpose. Bring your expertise to a mission that matters. Apply now at www.eastersealsPORT.com or send your resume to recruiter@eastersealsPORT.com." That's application instructions; remove.
Thus we will produce sections:
- About the role (or Position Summary) with paragraph(s) combining mission and position summary.
- Responsibilities with ul list of duties (maybe combine all bullet points into li items). Could group by subheadings? Not allowed. We'll just list each duty as li.
- Requirements (or Qualifications) with ul list of requirements (license, experience, communication skills, judgement, multitasking, driver's license, transportation, insurance, EHR proficiency). Also maybe include essential physical requirements? Could be part of Requirements. But we have also "Essential Physical Requirements" which are specific; could be a separate section? Not among allowed headings. Could be under Requirements as well. We'll include them.
- Skills: maybe equipment used? Could be under Skills. We'll create Skills section with ul list of equipment.
- Benefits: ul list of benefits.
- Pay: maybe we can include pay in Benefits? But we have separate Pay heading allowed. The posting includes salary range. So we should create Pay section with p or ul? It's a single statement; we can use
.
- Schedule: we have schedule info; create Schedule section with
.
We must not repeat job title as heading. Good.
Now ensure we don't include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
Now produce HTML fragment.
