What You Bring

  • Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
  • 3+ years of healthcare clinic or center management experience
  • Experience leading ambulatory surgical services or multi-specialty clinics preferred
  • Strong operational and financial management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience with QAPI, Emergency Management, Risk Management, and regulatory compliance
  • Proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills
  • Comfortable navigating fast-paced, high-growth healthcare environments
  • Proficiency with EMR systems, Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, and virtual collaboration tools

What You’ll Be Doing

As the Registered Nurse Facility Administrator, you’ll oversee the daily operations, clinical workflow, and team performance for a vein and vascular practice — ensuring an exceptional patient experience while driving operational efficiency and accountability.

About the Role

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and support physicians, nurses, medical assistants, sonographers, PSCs, rad techs and clinical teammates
  • Foster a positive, collaborative culture aligned with UVVC’s Core Values
  • Oversee clinic operations, workflow optimization, staffing, and patient satisfaction initiatives
  • Monitor operational and financial performance metrics including productivity, labor, and revenue
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency
  • Hire, train, coach, and retain top clinical talent
  • Conduct team meetings, performance evaluations, and ongoing development conversations
  • Ensure compliance with accreditation, safety, HIPAA, and regulatory standards
  • Participate in QAPI, Emergency Management, and Risk Management initiatives
  • Maintain clinic equipment, inventory, and facility standards
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with leadership, HR, payroll, and marketing teams
  • Help shape a culture centered on accountability, innovation, teamwork, and excellence
