About the role
The Facilities Technician V – HVAC, Building Automation & Facilities Systems is responsible for maintaining and operating building systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and operate HVAC, building automation, and facility systems
- Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns
- Respond to emergency situations to ensure safety and operational continuity
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
- Participate in training programs to stay current with industry standards and best practices
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience in facilities management or HVAC operations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
Qualifications
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and building automation software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation

Pay

Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
