About the role

The Facilities Technician V – HVAC, Building Automation & Facilities Systems is responsible for maintaining and operating building systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate HVAC, building automation, and facility systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance on equipment to prevent breakdowns
  • Respond to emergency situations to ensure safety and operational continuity
  • Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
  • Participate in training programs to stay current with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience in facilities management or HVAC operations
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in HVAC systems and building automation software
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills

  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation

Pay

$XX.XX per hour

Schedule

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
