About the role
Join our dynamic team as a Facilities Technician. As a Facilities Technician you serve as the frontline representative to remediation efforts across our branch network. Reporting to the Facilities Supervisor, you will be the “boots on the ground” professional responsible for upkeep, functionality, and safety of our facilities.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on our building’s interior and exterior, from minor repairs to aesthetic upkeep.
- Keep organized and transparent by maintaining logs of when and what services were performed each day.
- Navigate every site with a safety-first mindset. Recognizing potential hazards inside and outside of the buildings.
- Responding quickly to disturbances as they arise.
- Travel across our branch network – 50% of your hours are spend on the move in a company-provided vehicle.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent education or experience.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Well-organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and work to time-sensitive deadlines.
- Ability to work well independently and in groups.
- Fluent in English; bilingual a plus.
- Access to reliable transportation.

Schedule
- This is a full-time position.
- Hours: Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:00pm.
- Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
- Travel: Majority (50%) of working hours are spent traveling to locations throughout the northeastern branch network.
- Company vehicle provided.
- Valid and clean driver’s license required.
