Responsibilities
- Responsible for the day-to-day oversight, management and leadership of the Crossroads maintenance facilities, always ensuring safety, coordinating periodic planned maintenance of the facility and coordinating all sub-contractors’ activities performed in support of facility maintenance.
- Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of facilities, always ensuring safety, coordinating periodic planned maintenance of the facility and coordinating all sub-contractors’ activities performed in support of facility maintenance.
- Maintains a safe work environment in compliance with OSHA and FRA regulations.
- Ensures timely communication of accurate information to senior management of other departments necessary to plan daily and long-term commuter operations.
- Maintains consistent delivery of high-quality service that meets or exceeds passenger expectations.
- Affirms customer service issues related to facility defects are resolved in a prompt, professional manner.
