Facilities Technician

About the role

The Facilities Technician will successfully complete preventive maintenance, work orders, and minor renovations to include tasks in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, temperature controls, and other duties as assigned.

Will be capable of understanding the diagnostic testing and analysis of the systems referenced above and comfortable with making assigned repairs necessary for normal operations.

Responsibilities

• Complete preventive maintenance, work orders, and minor renovations including tasks in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, temperature controls, and other duties as assigned.
• Understand and perform diagnostic testing and analysis on the systems mentioned above.
• Make necessary repairs to ensure normal operations.

Requirements

• Ability to understand and perform diagnostic testing and analysis on HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, temperature control systems.
• Comfortable making necessary repairs to ensure normal operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, or related field preferred.

Skills

• Understanding of HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, and temperature control systems.
• Ability to perform diagnostic testing and analysis.
• Comfortable making necessary repairs.
