Facilities Technician (FT)

About the role

This employee is responsible for assisting in the ongoing custodial & maintenance upkeep of the City buildings to ensure that facilities are clean, safe, attractive, and secure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of city buildings
• Ensure facilities are clean, safe, attractive, and secure

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to work flexible shifts

Qualifications

• Experience in building maintenance and/or custodial work preferred
• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 pounds
