Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain electrical engineering standards for high-availability infrastructure (switchgear, UPS, batteries, generators, grounding, distribution).
  • Lead or support complex troubleshooting, power quality analysis, incident investigations, and RCA for high-impact or recurring events.
  • Provide engineering guidance for upgrades, retrofits, and expansions, including design review, commissioning support, and operational acceptance criteria.
  • Possess strong technical judgment and ability to communicate risk and options clearly to mixed audiences.
  • Evidence-based problem solving and disciplined follow-through on corrective actions.
  • Ability to influence across teams through standards, analysis, and operational alignment.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in high-reliability electrical design/operations for data centers, utilities, or mission-critical facilities.
  • Degree in Electrical Engineering; PE preferred where relevant.
  • Familiarity with power analysis tools (e.g., SKM/ETAP/EasyPower) and safety expectations (arc flash, protective coordination).
