Facilities Technician Developmental Program (Fixed-Term Contract) (English)

Responsibilities

• Shadow technicians as they inspect, maintain, and repair various data center systems such as piping and mechanical system components.
• Perform basic maintenance and repair tasks, and problem identification to address routine issues by following prescribed procedures under supervision of more senior technicians.
• Use a defined approach to complete subtasks, under direct, day-to-day guidance from a manager or senior team members.
• Exchange basic information and knowledge within your own team or functional area, when relevant to the task.
• Complete theoretical modules of the program.
• Impact the work group via personal accuracy, timeliness, and quality of work.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalency or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with using Google Workspace or similar applications.
• Ability to communicate in English fluently to understand and execute instruction and learn via training documentations and presentations.
• Ability to work non-standard hours and differing rotations.
• Live within 50 miles proximity of Lincoln, NE.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of working with HVAC, electrical or mechanical systems (preferred).
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Ability to complete tasks on time with a dedicated work ethic.

• Technical skills required to progress in role.
• Engage in community contributions to improve and sustain culture and operations.

Pay

Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $73500 - $101000 (USD) + 15% bonus target.
