Future Service Technician

About the role

Lithia & Driveway is seeking a future Service Technician to join our team. We are always looking for talented individuals to build a career in automotive and help deliver Auto Done Easy for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair Subaru vehicles according to manufacturer standards
• Perform advanced mechanical, electrical, drivability, and diagnostic repairs
• Complete maintenance services
• Communicate repair recommendations and vehicle status with service advisors
• Maintain productivity, quality, and safety standards

Requirements

• Previous automotive service technician experience
• We prefer ASE certifications and manufacturer training, but do not require them.
• Diagnostics and repair skills
• Succeed in a busy automotive shop while working collaboratively with technicians and service staff.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.

Qualifications

• Total Rewards: Flat Rate Earnings Range is $16.90 - $70.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production and Productivity.

Pay

The Flat Rate Earnings Range is $16.90 - $70.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production and Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location.
