Responsibilities
- Contribute to the artistic direction and programming of the orchestra
- Collaborate with musicians, staff, and leadership to develop and implement performance strategies

- Support the administrative functions of the orchestra as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Music, Arts Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in music administration or arts management
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Experience with budgeting and financial management
