About the role
The Facilities Technician is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of all facilities within the organization. This includes but is not limited to cleaning restrooms, common areas, and ensuring that equipment and appliances are in good working order.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all facilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning restrooms, common areas, and equipment
- Ensure all equipment and appliances are functioning properly
- Report any issues to supervisors for repair
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Experience in a similar role preferred
